GOES-15 NetCDF Manager

The GOES-15 NetCDF Manager processes NetCDF GOES-15 files sent by EUMETSAT over the EUMETCast service into
images compatible with those previously sent on the Basic Service. The new files are sent on the
High Volume Service (HVS-1) on channel E1H-TPG-4 as full-disk images every three hours and half-hourly northern and southern images.
