New program to remove the black lines from NPP (NOAA-20) images, and provide very approximate geometric correction.

This program was developed in conjunction with Jean-Luc Milette (@LucMilette on Twitter).

Following a request for support of the lower-resolution M-band images there is now a version call DefragNPP_M.exe in the archive. It should continue to work with the higher resolution I-band images.
