| August brought our return trip to Svalbard on the MS Nordstjernen. We crossed from Svalbard via Bear Island to the west coast of Norway, and then sailed south to Bergen visiting some familiar and some new places along the way. September brought a trip to The Netherlands, to attend the Werkgroep Kunstmanen meeting in Utrecht. Of course, I extended my visit by a couple of days to see a little more of The Netherlands, and to visit ESA/ESTEC with a view to GEO visiting there in a coming event. |
